• Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta, 1982. Obtained his Bachelor degree at Universitas Indonesia majoring in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
• While serving as the President Commissioner in the Company, he also currently serves as Director of Finance and Risk Management at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk. since February 2022. Prior to that, he served as Executive Assistant to Deputy Minister of BUMN II, Ministry of BUMN (2019-2022). He also has served as Vice President, Project Leader Mergers Acquisitions (M&A) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. in 2017-2019, and many more.

• Indonesia citizen. Born in Cilacap, 1964. Obtained his  Bachelor of Law in Universitas Jendral Soedirman in 1988.
• Prior to his postion as the Commissioner in the Company, he has served in other positions in PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, as follow: General Manager Legal (Current Position), Corporate Secretary of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (2012-2017), Assistent of Corporate Secretary and Head of General Affairs of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (2007-2015), and many more.

• Indonesian citizen. Born in Padang, 1962. Obtained his Bachelor of Law at Universitas Indonesia.
• While serving as the Commissioner in the Company, he also currently serves as President Director of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour since November 2015 and President Commissioner of PT Hotel Indonesia Group since December 2021. Prior to that, he has held as Managing Director of PT Abacus Distribution System Indonesia (2011-2015), and many more.

• Indonesian citizen, born in Magetan, 1971. Obtained his post-graduate degree in Urbanisme at Institut d'Urbanisme de Lyon - University Lyon, France in 2006 following its previous post-graduate degree in Urban Infrastructure Management at International Institute for Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IHE) and Institut for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS), Netherland in 2000 as well as bachelor degree in Environment Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1995.
• He is also currently served as the Head of Public Communication Bureau in the Ministry of Public Works and Home Construction. Prior to that, he has held several positions in the Ministry, as follows: Head of Infrastructure Development in Big Cities and New Cities (2015-2016), Head of Sub-Directorate of Urban Policy and Strategy (2011-2015), and many more.

• Indonesian citizen, born in Magetan, 1958.
• Akademi Angkatan Bersenjata Republic of Indonesia (AKABRI) in Air Section.
• Prior appointed as the Company's Independent Commissioner, he has served in several positions both in Indonesia Air Force and Indonesia Ministry, as follows: President Commissioner of PT ASABRI (Persero) (2014-2017), Inspector General in Ministry of Defense (2014), Dansesko Indonesia Army (2013), Planning and Budgeting Assistant Chief of Staff Indonesia Air Force (2012), and many more.

Agus Haryoto Widodo
President Director

• He is an Indonesian citizen, born in Kediri, 1967. Obtained his Master Degree in International Management at Universitas Indonesia and Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree at ITS Surabaya in 1991.
• Prior to joining the company as the President Director, he has excellent experiences in banking as he has held various position in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, as follows: Group Head Small & Medium Enterprise (2020-2022), President Commissioner PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services (2018-2022), Group Head Distribution Strategy (2018-2022) and many more. 

Rendy Ardiansyah
Director of Finance, Human Capital, Risk Management 

• He is an Indonesian citizen, born in Prabumulih, 1988. Obtained his Master Degree in Business Administration at Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta in 2015 and Bachelor of Accounting degree at Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2009.
• Prior to joining the company as the Director of Finance, Human Capital, Risk Management, he has excellent experiences and held several positions in WIKA Group as follows: General Manager of Corporate Strategic Planning (2022), General Manager of Business Portfolio (2020-2022), Manager Portfolio of Properties and Buildings (2021), Manager Portfolio of Investment Feasibility (2020-2022) and many more.

Prata Kadir
Director of Planning and Supply Chain Management

• Indonesian citizen. Prata Kadir born in Jakarta, 1967.
• Prior to joining the company as the Director, he has distinctive experience at WIKA Group for over than 20 years with several positions, as follow: Division Manager of Property Investment Division at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2019-2020), Project Manager of Joint Operation Project Tamansari Iswara PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2019-2020), Division Manager of Property & Building Investment Division at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2018-2019), Project Manager of Tamansari Tera Apartment at PT WIKA Gedung (2018), Division Manager of Investment & Concession Division at PT WIKA Gedung (2017-2018), Project Manager of Design and Built Project of Velodrome East Jakarta PT WIKA Gedung (2016-2017).

Puspita Anggraeni
Director of Marketing and Property Business  

• Indonesian citizen. Born in Magelang, 1980. Obtained her Post Graduate degree in Management at Universitas Diponegoro and Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree at Universitas Diponegoro.
• Prior to this position, she has excellent experiences and held several positions as follows: Director of Marketing of PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi (2021-2022), Director of HC, Land Acquisition & Asset of PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia-China (2018-2021), Corporate Secretary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2017-2019) and General Manager of Investor Relations at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2016-2018).

Thory Prabawa
Director of Hotel and Business Development 

• Indonesia citizen. Born in Jakarta, 1972. Obtained his Post Graduate degree in Management Science at Universitas Indonesia and Bachelor of Business Administration at Northeastern University, Boston in 1996.
• Prior to joining the company, he has excellent experiences and he held several positions as follows: Senior Vice President of Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Strategy of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (2018-2022), Senior Business Analyst of Star Energy Geothermal Indonesia (2018-2018), General Manager of Business Development of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Power Tbk (2015-2017), Vice President of Relationship & Account Management of PT Bank MayBank Indonesia Tbk (2014-2015), Vice President of Advisory Banking of PT Bank DBS Indonesia (2012-2013), and many more.
