Sales Agents Gathering and Update on Tamansari Gangga Bali

PT Wijaya Karya Realty Tbk (WIKA Realty) held an Agents Gathering on 11August 2018 in order to visit the location of its newest property, Tamansari Gangga located in Tabanan, Bali. The agents that attend the event including Ray White Property Seminyak, Tabanan Bali Property, Harcourt Victory and Kibarer property.

In the event, WIKA Realty introduced its newest product Tamansari Gangga which will be built in two stages. Phase I covering 1.3 Ha will be developed by building 97 Condotel units and 38 villa units equipped with various facilities such as Restaurant, Family Zone, Skypool, Pool Bar, Gym, Spa and Wedding Lawn. For Phase II will be continued by the development of a land area of ??1.08 Ha which will be built 30 Villa and Beach Club units.

Both stages of this development will be equipped with various types of condotels and villas, ranging from condotels covering an area of ??27m2 (type Anargya) up to 65 m2 (type Reswara). For the villa room itself consists of an area of ??100 m2 (Aruna type) up to 260 m2 (Tavisha type)

Currently the construction of Tamansari Gangga has achieved progress of 29%. Where the condotel construction is targeted to be completed by the end of 2019 and Villatel is completed by the end of 2020. WIKA Realty as the developer expects Tamansari Gangga as a whole to start operating in 2021.

Not only equipped with 5-star facilities, in terms of the location of Tamansari Gangga, which is located in Tabanan, it is estimated that it will become a spot for the next tourist hits such as Seminyak.
