Laswi City Heritage Held Tenant Gathering

Bandung, 18 September 2020 - PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) presents its newest property, Laswi City Heritage, a development of an integrated mixed use building block in Bandung. On Friday (18/09), Laswi City Heritage invited 70 prospective tenants from various industries to attend the Tenant Gathering. This activity was held as an introduction to prospective tenants as well as to invite participation in the development of Laswi City Heritage as a gathering place for young people and families.

Laswi City Heritage itself is planned to be equipped with various entertainment facilities, from F&B and retail areas, boutique hotels, 4-star hotels, apartments, multi-purpose halls, and other facilities that will support the lifestyle of visitors. This project is a collaboration between BOT and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) as the owner of the land. Built on 20 ha of land with 10,000 m2 greenscapes, Laswi City Heritage will become the New Bandung Oasis.
