WIKA Realty Held the Signing of Hotel Management Agreement in regard to SOE Hotel Holding Integration

Jakarta, 10 December 2021 - Subsequent to the SOE Hotel Holding Integration process, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) signed the Hotel Management Agreement on Friday (10/12). The signing ceremony is held between WIKA Realty, PT Hotel Indonesia Properti (“HIPRO”), and PT Senggigi Pratama Internasional (“SPI”) and PT Hotel Indonesia Group (“HIG”). The event is attended by Director of Hospitality Business of WIKA Realty, I Kadek Suartana, President Director of HIPRO, Muhammad Isran, President Director of SPI, Kukuh Aryadi, and President Director of HIG, Ahmad Qodie Ibrahim. 

In the implementation of the Hotel Management Agreement, HIG will operate 13 hotels owned by WIKA Realty, including: 9 KHAS hotels, Hotel Merusaka Nusa Dua Bali, Hotel Merumatta Senggigi Lombok, KHAS Parapat, and Truntum Padang. I Kadek Suartana as Director of the Hospitality Business of WIKA Realty said in his remarks, "This event not only marks the integration process of SOE Hotel Holding that is going according to plan, but also marks that we have joined the big family of WIKA Realty. Therefore, we ask for cooperation from all parties, both WIKA Realty, HIPRO, and SPI, as well as HIG to support the performance of the hospitality business integration of SOE Hotel Holding."

Ahmad Qodie Ibrahim as the President Director of HIG also expresses his appreciation for the trust given by WIKA Realty as the owner to run the operations of 21 hotels with a total of 3,127 rooms. “HIG is committed and thus we ask for guidance and cooperation from WIKA Realty as well as HIPRO and SPI to carry out their duties as hotel operators," closed Qodie.
