WIKA Realty Held General Meeting of Shareholders in regard to Approve the Company's 2022 Work Plan & Budget

Jakarta, 7 January 2022 - On Friday (7/1), PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) to ratify the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (“RKAP”) which discussed 3 agenda, as follow:
1. Approval of the Company's 2022 RKAP
2. Ratification of the Company's Management Contract for 2022
3. Shareholders' Approval of the Company's Corporate Action in 2022

This event was held at WIKA Tower 2 and started at 13.30 WIB.

The 2022 WIKA Realty General Meeting of Shareholders RKAP is attended by WIKA Realty Shareholders, namelyPT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”) represented by Rudy Hartono as Director of Operations III, PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) (“HIN”) represented by Iswandi Said as President Director, PT Aerowisata Group represented by Erman Noor Adi as President Director of PT Aerowisata Hotel Management, Karya Mitra Satya Cooperative (“KKMS”) represented by Adi Susetio as Secretary, and Wijaya Karya Foundation (“YAWIKA”) represented by Mariana as Treasurer. 

In the implementation of the 2022 WIKA Realty General Meeting of Shareholders of RKAP, it gave approval of decisions on all agenda items, including the Company's 2022 Work Plan and Budget.
