WIKA Realty Held Celebration of its 22nd Anniversary and CEO Talk

Yogyakarta, January 20, 2022 - PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") held a series of commemorations for its 22nd Anniversary at Grand Inna Malioboro, Yogyakarta on Thursday (20/01). The event is attended directly by all levels of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and Management of WIKA Realty, and is attended online by all employees of WIKA Realty. In addition to the anniversary commemoration, WIKA Realty also disclose the 2022 Work Plan for all of its business units. 

 

On this occasion, the President Director of WIKA Realty, Koko Cahyo Kuncoro, expressed his hope to welcome the company's new age with enthusiasm according to the event's theme, 'Break the Limit'. Not only optimism, Koko Cahyo Kuncoro also encourages all WIKA Realty Human Capital to have the spirit of agility and innovation for the company's business. "In 2021, WIKA Realty has officially become a SOE Hotel Holding which further strengthens the company's business lines, which initially focused on the property sector, now also increases in the hotel sector," said Koko. Mursyid, President Commissioner of WIKA Realty, also greeted and advised all WIKA Realty personnel to be enthusiastic and work together to give the best performance in growing the company. 

 

As a series of events, WIKA Realty also disclose the 2022 Work and Budget Plan, where the target for WIKA Realty's achievement in 2022 is to achieve marketing sales of Rp 2.5 trillion, "last year WIKA Realty received marketing sales of Rp446 Billion sales from the property sector, such as hotel operations, retail units, and building management," said Koko Cahyo Kuncoro. 

 

In 2022, WIKA Realty will carry out various strategies where one of the main focuses is to develop the state-owned hotel business and strengthen the development of recurring businesses, both hotels and non-hotels. In addition to carry out a strategy to intensify retail and bulk marketing for existing products as well as optimizing non-hotel assets, such as sport clubs and other commercial units.
