Jakarta, July 5, 2023 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") won awards in 3 (three) categories at once at the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award 2023, an award event organized by First Indonesia Magazine on Wednesday (05/07) at Peninsula Hotel, Jakarta. In the event, WIKA Realty won The Best in Talent Management and The Best Workforce Flexibility &; Mobility categories with 4 Stars category, and Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management WIKA Realty, Rendy Ardiansyah was chosen as The Best Leadership Development Focus on Human Capital. 

The three awards were received by R. Sigit Pramana as Vice President of Human Capital Management WIKA Realty, "WIKA Realty's success in winning this award proves that the company's main focus is currently regeneration, competency development and knowledge transfer is going well," said R.
