Jakarta, July 4, 2024 — In order to strengthen strategic planning and enhance information technology maturity, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held the Kick Off IT Maturity Level & IT Masterplan event on Thursday (July 4) at Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta. The event was attended by Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty; Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance and Risk Management of WIKA Realty; Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Human Capital of WIKA Realty; Ronny Wuisan, Director of Marketing Property and Realty; Anang Yulianto, Senior Vice President of Information Technology at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”); Ernawan, IT Planning, Assurance & Compliance of WIKA; as well as the management team of WIKA Realty.

The event was opened by Fery Safaria, who emphasized that the IT Master Plan and IT Maturity Level assessment will serve as a crucial foundation in our efforts to achieve operational excellence and better competitiveness in the market. This was also supported by Adityo Setiadi, VP of ERP & Information Technology at WIKA Realty. “Digital transformation is key to achieving the company's vision, and support and commitment from all employees are essential to ensure the success of this initiative,” said Adityo Setiadi.

In another speech, Anang Yulianto, SVP of Information Technology at WIKA, highlighted that the IT Master Plan is an important roadmap for technology development within the company. He also added that the IT Maturity Level assessment will help identify strengths and areas that need improvement in WIKA Realty's IT infrastructure.

During the main session of the Kick-off meeting, Ernawan, as IT Planning, Assurance & Compliance of WIKA, presented the plans for developing the IT Master Plan and the methodology for the company's IT Maturity Level assessment. He also provided a COBIT brief, which included an introduction to the use of COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) as the main framework in the process.

With the implementation of the Kick Off IT Maturity Level & IT Masterplan, it is hoped to provide new momentum for WIKA Realty in its ongoing efforts to transform the company's IT. This step is expected to not only enrich innovation and operational efficiency but also drive WIKA Realty to achieve its vision as an internationally reputable property and hospitality group that enhances the quality of life with the best products and services.
