Digital Transformation of WeStay Condotel, WIKA Realty Ready to Enhance Hospitality Services

Jakarta, May 23, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a Transformation Sharing session featuring Azinar Taufikurrohman, Hospitality Operation Manager from the Hospitality Management Division. The event took place in a hybrid format on Friday (23/05) at the 15th floor of Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta. During the session, Taufik introduced one of the division’s latest transformations: the WeStay Condotel platform. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, management, and all WIKA Realty employees.
This transformation reflects the company’s adaptation to evolving consumer behavior, where ease and speed of service access are now top priorities. Additionally, the need to rejuvenate the system into a mobile-based platform has become essential as customer expectations for digital service experiences continue to rise.
The development of the WeStay Condotel app is expected to boost operational productivity by enabling more efficient services for unit owners. Taufik explained that the app will allow condotel owners to make reservations and redeem points. The system is also designed to integrate with Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms to streamline transactions and broaden service reach.
WeStay Condotel is being developed through a roadmap that includes the preparation of a blueprint and cost estimation, followed by application development, dummy testing, user training, and is scheduled for official launch (Go Live) in July 2025.
WIKA Realty’s condotel network includes: Tamansari La Grande (Bandung), Tamansari Papilio (Surabaya), Tamansari Hive (Jakarta), Tamansari Lagoon (Manado), and Tamansari Jivva (Bali). With properties spread across strategic cities, the launch of this app is expected to enhance overall operational efficiency and offer an improved digital experience for condotel owners and guests alike.
Through this transformation, WIKA Realty reaffirms its commitment to continuous innovation, delivering services that align with the times, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the property and hospitality sectors.
