Jakarta, May 9, 2024 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (WIKA Realty) reaffirmed its commitment to supporting and empowering women with the launch of the Srikandi WIKA Realty community as part of the Human Capital Management Department's program. The event was held on Wednesday (08/05) at Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta, in a hybrid format, and was attended by the board of directors and all female employees of WIKA Realty.

The event featured a talk show titled "Women Leadership Mindset" with speaker Oktina Burlianti, a psychologist, who provided insights on the importance of fostering a progressive and bold leadership mindset among women. Puspita Anggraeni, Chairwoman of Srikandi PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), gave a speech appreciating the enthusiasm in forming this community, emphasizing that women have a key and unique role in corporate leadership.

Prata Kadir, Acting President Director, also supported the Srikandi WIKA Realty community to facilitate career growth and development, especially for female employees in the company.
