Jakarta, November 2, 2022 - PT Wijaya Karya Realty (WIKA Realty) held a AKHLAK (Amanah, Komitmen, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, and Kolaboratif) Behavioral Socialization and Commitment Program which was carried out in a hybrid reading  which was attended offline by the Board of Directors, Head Office Department Management, representatives of PPU General Managers/Directors of Subsidiaries and Associations, Heads of Jabodetabek Regional Sections, and all WIKA Realty employees online. In this program, the AKHLAK Pin was also embedded and the signing of the AKHLAK commitment by the WIKA Realty management team was also carried out.

This program was opened with remarks by Mr. Koko Cahyo Kuncoro as President Director of WIKA Realty and furthermore the AKHLAK Socialization program was filled by Mr. Hadjar Seti Adji as Director of Human Capital and Development of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA).

The socialization program is expected to be able to help every employee to better understand the core values of AKHLAK itself, so that later each employee can more maturely interpret the concept of What, Why, and How for the values contained in each element of AKHLAK. This program is also a form of WIKA Realty's commitment to implement AKHLAK as a standard of behavioral values as well as a guideline in work culture to create a corporate culture that prioritizes family, embraces each other, and also collaborates on an ongoing basis.
