Jakarta, September 27, 2024 – Tamansari Sports Club proudly introduces its new mascot, "Tamaru," a one-horned rhinoceros symbolizing the spirit and strength in sports. The rhino character was chosen for its ability to live both in water and on land, reflecting the club's focus on offering a variety of aquatic and land sports facilities. Tamaru is expected to become a symbol of resilience and adaptability for Tamansari Sports Club members in various types of sports.

The "Tamaru" rhino mascot is designed with a sporty look, dressed in modern sportswear representing the diverse sports available at Tamansari Sports Club. With its large and strong physique, Tamaru embodies the spirit to continually achieve and maintain health through a range of sports activities, both in water and on land. Tamaru's presence also reflects the club's vision of creating resilient and competitive individuals ready to excel in various sports arenas. Tamaru’s costume is predominantly blue, not only reflecting the water element as a symbol of aquatic sports at the club but also symbolizing WIKA Realty, the parent company overseeing Tamansari Sports Club. The blue color reinforces the club's identity, known for its swimming facilities, while also symbolizing the balance between water and land elements embraced by the club.
