Jakarta, March 7, 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a Transformation Sharing session featuring Beni Arip Sutopo, Head of WIKA Tower Property Building. The event took place on Friday (07/03) in a hybrid format at the 15th floor of Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta, and was attended by the Board of Directors, management, and all WIKA Realty employees. Beni discussed a form of transformation through the implementation of the Building Management System (“BMS”) application in one of WIKA Realty’s managed buildings—WIKA Tower.

Beni explained that the introduction of BMS represents a step toward transformation and innovation through digitalization, aiming to integrate various building management processes and systems into a single platform, thereby making building management more efficient, effective, and in line with modern advancements.
