Digital Transformation of Assets, WIKA Realty Implements Electronic Land Certificates
Corsec WR - April 29, 2025

Jakarta, April 25, 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a Transformation Sharing event featuring Cahyo Adhi Pramono, Compliance Manager from the Legal & Compliance Division. The event, held on Friday (April 25) in a hybrid format at the Tamansari Hive Office on the 15th floor, East Jakarta, introduced the Electronic Land Certificate (“Sertipikat-el”). The event was attended by the Board of Directors, management, and all employees of WIKA Realty.
Sertipikat-el refers to the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Regulation No. 1 of 2021 and Regulation No. 3 of 2023, which govern the issuance of electronic land certificates, replacing the traditional physical paper certificates. “The digitalization of land certificates in the form of Sertipikat-el is an effective solution for managing land assets efficiently and professionally,” said Cahyo. The Sertipikat-el is also equipped with security features such as certified electronic signatures and QR codes, making verification easier and enhancing transparency.
In practice, WIKA Realty has implemented Sertipikat-el in several projects, including land in Wanasari, Karawang, Rumah Patra Kuningan, and the KHAS Hotel in Tegal. “The process of Sertipikat-el includes document verification, field surveys, and the issuance of the Sertipikat-el,” said Cahyo. The land digitalization initiative is supported by the "Sentuh Tanahku" app from the Ministry of ATR/BPN, which facilitates the checking of land certificates and access to real-time land service information. Cahyo also mentioned that the digitalization of Sertipikat-el increases efficiency and transparency in land services, which is expected to minimize potential land conflicts in the future.
WIKA Realty’s VP of Legal & Compliance, Zelika Anggar Kusuma, emphasized that this initiative is an essential part of strengthening precautionary principles, risk management, and good corporate governance. “We believe that with the digitalization of land certificates through the implementation of Sertipikat-el, we will further support cost and time efficiency in asset management while reinforcing good governance practices,” she explained. With this transformation, WIKA Realty is optimistic about enhancing its competitiveness and supporting the land sector in Indonesia to operate transparently, efficiently, and accountably.
